These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the szz77 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full. Please read carefully before you play.

szz77 operates under PAGCOR regulations. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
Each player is permitted one szz77 account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited. All accounts must be registered in the player's own legal name.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. szz77 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.
2.4 Exclusion Lists. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms, or who appear on any PAGCOR exclusion list or equivalent regulatory exclusion register, are not permitted to register or maintain an account on szz77. Any account found to be in violation of this provision will be immediately suspended.
3.1 One Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the szz77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your szz77 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. szz77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3.4 Account Suspension and Termination. szz77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any activity that szz77 deems harmful to the integrity of the Platform.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. szz77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Available methods may be updated from time to time at szz77's discretion.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso ₱100 (one hundred pesos). Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.3 Currency. All transactions on the szz77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion fees applied by your payment provider.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. szz77 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits or to verified accounts in the player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. szz77 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified prior to any such deduction.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by szz77 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. szz77 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or any other conduct that szz77 determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. szz77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to a player's account at the time of withdrawal of an offer will be honoured subject to the original terms.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the szz77 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is the player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. szz77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed in error, where there is evidence of system manipulation, or where the bet would be contrary to applicable regulations.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game session, szz77 will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly. Bets placed during a confirmed system malfunction may be voided and stakes returned. szz77 is not liable for losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
6.4 Sportsbook Rules. Sports betting on the szz77 Platform is subject to additional sportsbook-specific rules covering event cancellations, postponements, void bets, and in-play betting procedures. These rules are available in the sportsbook section of the Platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the szz77 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

9.1 Ownership. All content on the szz77 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the exclusive property of szz77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

10.1 Platform Availability. szz77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw access to the Platform at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons without prior notice.
10.2 Exclusion of Warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, szz77 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10.3 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, szz77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your szz77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. In no event shall szz77 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if szz77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.5 Force Majeure. szz77 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, power outages, internet service disruptions, or civil unrest.
11.1 Data Collection. szz77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 KYC Obligations. As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, szz77 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. This may involve the collection of government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
11.3 Data Sharing. szz77 may share your personal data with PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, financial intelligence units, and other regulatory bodies as required by Philippine law. We will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Regulatory Oversight. szz77 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe that szz77 has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
12.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and szz77, we encourage you to first contact our support team to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
12.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
